Lemon water is my favorite morning drink and citrus. Also, because I consider it one of the most multipurpose citrus fruit on the planet. I believe that’s Its popularity is most likely due to its refreshing flavor and scent making it a common ingredient for flavoring many dishes and recipes along with cosmetics such as perfumes, soaps shower gels and lots more. Lemon has been incorporated into all sorts of drinks, for example, cocktails, juices, and teas.

How I drink my lemon water
first, I slice my lemon into halves squeezed the juice into an empty glass, I then add the cinnamon, pour in the warm water and voila!
24+ ounces of warm (not boiling) water
1/2 to 1 organic lemon
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
